Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed via email and WhatsApp. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from Touch Life. All quoted prices are inclusive of UAE VAT.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled service time
- Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% of service charge applies
- No-show (team arrives, access denied): full charge applies
- Rescheduling within 24 hours subject to availability
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, report within 24 hours of service completion. We will return and re-clean the disputed area at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to one re-clean per booking.
4. Liability
Touch Life Building Cleaning is fully insured for commercial liability. Report any damage claim within 24 hours of service completion. Claims reported after 24 hours cannot be verified and may not be accepted. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the service booking.
5. Promo Codes (Hethro / Consumer Brand)
- One promotional code per booking
- Cannot be combined with other offers
- Subject to availability and expiry date
- Touch Life reserves the right to withdraw offers at any time
6. Service Areas
Services available in Dubai and Sharjah only. Out-of-area requests (Abu Dhabi, Ajman, etc.) may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us in advance.
7. Payment Terms
- Residential: Cash on completion or agreed advance payment
- Commercial contracts: Invoice issued within 2 business days of service, payable within 14 days
- Late payments subject to 2% monthly charge
8. Commercial Contract Terms
Commercial clients will receive a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) document. The SLA governs performance standards, response times, escalation procedures, and contract duration. These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with the SLA.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
